IGNITE Youth Retreat (October 17–18, 2025)

IGNITE is an overnight retreat for students in grades 6–12 hosted at Clay Church Firehouse Campus (17646 Cleveland Road, South Bend, IN 46635).
It’s a mix of worship, fun, and Saturday serving—open to youth from any church.

Event Schedule

Friday, October 17
6:30–7:00 PM — Check-in at Firehouse
7:00 PM — Program start and Opening Worship Session
8:30–11:30 PM — Off-site fun outing (venue TBA)
~10:00 PM — Late-night pizza dinner (during the outing)
~11:30 PM — Return to Firehouse for overnight

Saturday, October 18
8:00 AM — Breakfast and short devotional
9:00 AM–12:00 PM — Off-site service projects (return by lunchtime)
12:00–2:45 PM — Lunch at Firehouse, games, and free time
3:00 PM — Closing Worship Session
4:00 PM — Pick-up

What’s Included
— Friday late-night pizza dinner, Saturday breakfast, and Saturday lunch
— Outing with bowling/games and dinner
— Saturday service projects
— Snacks and drinks throughout

What to Bring
— Bible, pen
— Sleeping bag and pillow (air mattress recommended)
— Toiletries (no showers available)
— Clothes for both days; closed-toe shoes
— Work clothes for service projects (layers if cool/wet)
— Water bottle
— Any needed medications (see policy below)

Allergies & Dietary Notes
We will try to accommodate dietary restrictions (especially gluten-free and dairy-free) but cannot guarantee accommodations for severe allergies. Please note allergies on the registration form and contact us directly about severe needs.

Medication Policy
All student medications must be managed and held by the sending church’s organizer (or group leader). Students may not carry personal medications except rescue inhalers and EpiPens (or similar physician-directed emergency meds; all scenarios discussed with leader).

Transportation
Each church covers transportation to/from the Friday night outing, and to/from Saturday service sites. (Check with your group leader about transportation to/from Firehouse at check-in & dismissal)

Registration & Pricing
— Students: $60 early bird through Oct 1; $75 Oct 2–Oct 12
— Volunteers: $50 for Friday & overnight volunteers (covers outing/food); free for Saturday-only volunteers
— Registration deadline for all: Oct 12

Privacy Note (for partner churches)
Student information will be used only for the Ignite Retreat and will not be used to invite students or families to other Clay Church events. We will discard the data after the event.
